za'atar spice blend

There's a new, trendy spice in town that's getting a lot of coverage called za'atar — and Dr. Oz wants you to add it into your meals. This mix is a blend of a bunch of different herbs and spices that not only smells good, but is also nutrient-rich and has a lot of antioxidants. There's also not a lot of salt, making it a great low-sodium alternative for cooking.

2 tbsp Fresh thyme or oregano (minced)
2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp Ground sumac (or lemon pepper seasoning)
1/2 tsp Coarse salt
1 tbsp Ground cumin
1 tbsp Ground coriander

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in a container and use in meat marinades or add into Greek yogurt or olive oil for a healthy dip.
