You can only have dairy twice a week on the 21-Day Weight Loss Breakthrough Diet. On the days you choose to add a little milk into your meal plan, enjoy this yogurt bowl as a delicious way to jumpstart the day. Add a serving of fruit on top to make your breakfast extra filling.

1 1/2 cups Plain 2% Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Go-to berries
1 tbsp Chopped mint
2 1/2 tbsp Chopped walnuts

Split yogurt into two 3/4 cup servings.

Top each serving with a half cup of go-to berries, one tablespoon chopped mint, and two and a half tablespoons of chopped walnuts.

Keep chilled until ready to eat.
