White Bean Apple Banana Smoothie

The thought of putting beans in a fruit smoothie may seem strange, but it's actually very delicious. White beans add even more nutrients to this apple and banana smoothie, and they're packed with protein, too!

1 1/2 cups Kefir or milk
1/2 Banana
1/3 cup White beans
1/2 Apple
2 tbsp Oats or oat flour

Blend all ingredients until smooth. 

Yields 2 cups.
