Wheat Germ Salad Dressing

Add this cheap and easy superfood to your meal plan. Many superfoods are hard to incorporate into your diet, which is why Dr. Oz is a big fan of wheat germ! It’s a powerhouse antioxidant with lots of fiber that can be mixed into almost any meal. Eating wheat germ can also increase your sense of being full, stabilize blood sugar, and decrease cravings.

1/2 cup Cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Tarragon
5 tbsp Wheat germ oil
1 tbsp Honey
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Pour cider vinegar and wheat germ oil into bowl and stir. Add mustard, tarragon, wheat germ and honey to bowl and mix ingredients together.

Add salt and pepper for flavor and dress salad.
