Avoid Soft Drinks

Consuming soft drinks that contain phosphoric acid might increase your chances of developing kidney stones. In one study, 500 men who had previously consumed at least 160 milliliters of soft drinks per day were advised to drink less. Most of them lowered their consumption to 100 milliliters or less of soft drinks per day. After three years, it was discovered that their risk of kidney stones dropped in comparison to the group that was not advised to drink less. Replacing soda with water has a multitude of health benefits so make an effort to ditch the soft drink habit right away.
