Watermelon Super Smoothie

Watermelon packs a delicious punch of both vitamins A and C. Chia seeds are a good source of necessary dietary fiber and manganese, a mineral important for the proper functioning of the body. 3 cups Watermelon (diced)
1/4 cup Organic dried nonfat milk
2 tbsp Chia seeds

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Makes 2 1/2 cups
