Ashley Caldwell is one of the best female freestyle skiiers in the world. The 27-year-old holds a world record for the hardest acrobatic trick ever landed by a female. She is also the only female to ever land a trick called "The Daddy," which is a quadruple-twisting triple backflip. She loves getting so much air, but it can definitely rattle her nerves. So what does she do to calm her fear while waiting at the top of the hill?

She sings and dances it out.

"Aerials is very scary. ... I've crashed a lot. I've been injured and I, and I know what's at stake and I know what I'm doing is really serious. Um, so, so that fear definitely helps me, you know, be like, what do I need to do right now to make sure I'm successful?" Ashley said. And for her, that means "joking around and laughing and dancing and singing."
