Tyson Beckford's Belly-Busting Smoothie

1/2 Apple (chopped)
1 cup Kale (chopped)
1/2 Orange (sliced)
1/2 Grapefruit (sliced)
1/4 Avocado (sliced)
1 Celery stalk (cut into chunks)

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until it reaches desired consistency.

Serve fresh or refrigerate and enjoy later!
