1 lb Ground turkey
1 can Black beans (rinsed)
3 tbsp Olive oil
Pink Himalayan sea salt (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Chili powder (to taste)
3 Garlic cloves (minced)
Salsa

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the beans, and season with sea salt, cayenne pepper, chili powder and garlic. Cook, stirring until tender.

In a separate pan, cook the ground turkey with cayenne pepper, sea salt, chili powder and garlic cloves.

Combine the turkey and black beans in a bowl. Serve with a couple tablespoons of salsa per person.
