2 slices Uncured nitrate-free bacon
2 Medium romaine lettuce leaves
4 tsp Sugar Impact mayonnaise
4 oz Nitrate-free sliced turkey breast
1 Plum tomato (sliced)
1/4 Ripe avocado (sliced)

Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium.

Add the bacon and cook, turning once, until crisp, about 6 to 7 minutes.

Transfer to a plate covered with paper towel and drain.

Place a lettuce leaf on each of 2 plates.

Spread each leaf down the center lengthwise with the mayonnaise.

Top with the bacon, turkey, tomato slices and avocado.
