Total Choice Turkey Chili

This chili recipe is great to bring to work or enjoyed on a Sunday afternoon at home. This Total Choice-approved meal is loaded with protein and complex flavor combinations. 1/2 cup Lean ground turkey
1/2 cup Kidney beans
1/2 cup Black beans
1 tbsp Chili powder
1/2 cup Onion (diced)
1/2 cup Peppers (diced)
1/4 cup Corn
1/4 cup Plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Cook ground turkey in pan over medium heat on stove top, about 5 to 10 minutes.

Add chili powder, onion, peppers and corn and heat until soft, about 5 minutes.

Add beans and stir.

Cook until ingredients meld and become hot. Top with Greek yogurt.
