In a blender, add whole pepepr and 4 tomatoes.
Start blender on low and then turn up to high until ingredients are liquified, set aside.
Heat a large pot, add ground turkey, breaking into small pieces, cook on medium heat until turkey becomes firm and is cooked.
Add diced green pepper and continue stirring until pepper is tender, 2-3 minutes.
Add the rice, tomato sauce and blender ingredients, stirring until well mixed. Cover and simmer until heated through.
