Total Choice Spicy Thai Chicken Bowl

3 oz Chicken
1/2 cup Onion (diced)
1/2 cup Red bell peppers (diced)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Peanuts
2 tbsp Cilantro
1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
1/2 cup Brown rice noodles

Grill or sautee chicken until cooked thoroughly.

In pan on stove top, heat peppers, onions and garlic.

Add chicken and noodles and heat through.

Add soy sauce and fish sauce and stir until evenly distributed.

Add peanuts and cilantro and toss before serving.
