1/2 cup Instant steel cut oats
3/4 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 Banana (sliced)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Ground flax seed

Heat almond milk and pour over oats.

Stir and let sit until oats become thick and creamy.

Stir in fruit and seeds.
