2 Ripe bananas
2 tbsp Instant espresso powder
2 oz 70% cocoa bittersweet chocolate
6 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tbsp Plus 2 tsp agave nectar or real maple syrup
2 tsp Vanilla extract
Place tofu in food processor and blend until creamy.
Add bananas and process until smooth.
Add espresso powder to chocolate and melt.
Add to tofu along with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Transfer to individual dishes or large bowl.
