3/4 cup Whole wheat penne
1/2 cup Low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 cup Spinach

Boil pasta in pot on stove top until desired consistancy is achieved.

Stir in cheese, yogurt, garlic powder and spinach and place in oven safe dish.

Bake until heated through and until the cheese on top is crispy.
