1/2 cup Bell peppers (diced)
1/2 cup Onion (diced)
1/2 cup Broccoli florets
1/2 cup Snap peas
1/2 cup Pineapple (diced)
2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
3/4 cup Brown rice
Grill or sautee chicken and set aside.
Cook rice until soft, set aside.
In a pan over medium heat, sautee peppers, onions and broccoli until soft, about 5 to 10 miutes.
Add snap peas, pineapple, chicken, rice and sauce. Stir ingredients together and cook until all ingredients are hot, about 5 to 10 minutes.
