Tofu Vanilla Protein Shake

1 cup Silken tofu
1 cup Baby spinach
1 Green apple (cored and cubed)
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 cup Unsweetened soy milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Ice cubes

Put all ingredients into the blender and blend. Enjoy!
