Tim McGraw's Green "Gunk" Smoothie

Almost nothing beats a delicious, nutritious and convenient mealtime option. This recipe blends together in just minutes, but will keep you satisfied throughout the day. Kale is loaded with vitamins and minerals, and the coconut water and banana sweeten the deal. Try your hand at one of Tim McGraw's favorite smoothies and sip on a drink that is fun and fulfilling. 

4 cups Stemmed kale (lightly packed)
1/2 Avocado
1 Small banana
10 oz Coconut water
1 tsp (heaping) Protein powder (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender and blend until smooth.
