Tim Ferriss' Titanium Tea

Tea is a powerful beverage because it is filled with phytonutrients and antioxidants that can heal your body and boost your energy. Tim Ferriss, also known as an energy guru, stresses the importance of having tea in your diet, so make sure you have a cup every morning to start your day off on the right foot.

1 tbsp Pu-erh black tea leaves (or 1 Pu-erh tea bag)
pinch Green tea leaves (or 1 green tea bag)
dash Turmeric
1/2 tsp Ginger shavings
1 tbsp Coconut oil

Steep tea, turmeric, and ginger for 60-90 seconds in a tea pot.

Pour into tea cup, add coconut oil, and stir.
