1/2 head Cauliflower (cut into chunks)
2 Zucchini or yellow squash (cut into chunks) ( )
1 inch Fresh ginger root (unpeeled)
1 1/2 tsp Very finely chopped lemon grass
1 Fresh basil leaf

Juice the cauliflower, zucchini and ginger root, and pour into a glass.

 

Garnish with lemongrass and basil.
