Strawberry-Mint Mojito

Drink this mocktail throughout the spring and summer — not only is it refreshing, but it's chock-full of vitamins and immunity-boosting ingredients. 

2 cups Water
1 cup Fresh strawberries (whole or cut)
2-3 tsp Watercress
1 tsp Mint leaves
1/2 cup Crushed ice (or use frozen strawberries)
1-2 tsp Local honey

Blend together all ingredients for 3 minutes and pour!
