Natural Factors’ Spicy Cinnamon Apple Snax

Cinnamon is the ultimate super food that helps control blood sugar levels and controls carbohydrate cravings. Have these simple snacks on their own, add to your favorite pie crust or use as a topping on your frozen yogurt treat.

Makes 8 servings

5 cups Chopped apples
3 cups Water
2 gallon Scoops 10 g PGX
1 tsp Cinnamon
pinch Sea salt
2 Packets of stevia
1/3 cup Lemon juice
2 tsp Honey

Place apples and water into a medium pot. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring well to combine.

Enjoy as is or use as a substitute for apple pie filling.

Pie Directions:
Place one recipe of apple snax into a prepared pie crust. Top with a crunchy organic granola of your choice. Serve immediately.
