Sparkling Peach Protein Smoothie

2 tbsp Protein powder (whey or egg white)
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup Tofu
2 cups Spinach
1 cup Frozen peaches
2 cups Dairy-free coconut milk
Ice (as needed)
Splash sparkling water

Blend protein, seeds, tofu, spinach, peaches, milk and ice until smooth.

Top with a splash of sparkling water for fizz.
