After a long summer of sand and sun, you may be in need of a deep exfoliating scrub. Slough off dead skin cells and get luminous skin with this scrub made from coffee grounds, sugar and coconut oil. To get glowing, apply after bathing and leave on your skin for 7 to 10 minutes before rinsing. Follow this treatment by moisturizing with coconut oil. It has a hydrating and protective effect on the skin thanks to the antioxidant vitamin E. Apply after a warm (but not hot!) shower for better absorption.
