Silk Irish Coffee

Another great recipe from Silk: with this favorite drink, winter just got a little warmer!

1 1/2 oz Good quality Irish whisky
1 tsp Dark brown sugar
6 oz Hot, strong coffee
2 oz Silk for Coffee (heated and whisked until frothy)
Whipped cream or non-dairy whipped topping (optional)

Pour whisky and brown sugar in a 10-ounce Irish coffee glass or mug.

Stir in hot coffee and gently pour in hot, frothy Silk for Coffee.

Top with whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy.
