Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York's Go Green Drink Recipe

Start your day with this green drink for a healthy boost. The leafy greens add key nutrients such as vitamins A, C and E, fiber and manganese. Ginger adds a bit of spice to the recipe as well as copper and magnesium. This green drink is also sweetened up with pineapple, an ingredient that adds vitamin B6 and dietary fiber to the laundry list of benefits.

1 handful Kale (chopped)
1 Celery stalk
1 handful Spinach
1/2 Lemon (with or without rind)
1/2 Thumb of ginger
Splash apple cider vinegar
3-4 Pineapple chunks
1 cup Water (more if needed)

Place all ingredients into blender.

Blend until smooth.
