Salmon Stuffed Avocado

Salmon is packed with amino acids, protein, vitamins B12 and D. Oily fish is an important part of a healthy diet as their omega-3 fatty acids contribute to healthy brain and heart function. Monosaturated fats are found in avocados and help lower bad LDL cholesterol.

2 Avocados (sliced in half)
5 oz Wild-caught salmon (cooked and cut into small chunks)
1/2 cup Lettuce (chopped)
2 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix gently by hand. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Spoon mixture into each avocado half.
