Natural Factors’ Ruby Red Raspberry Sorbet

Raspberries are very high in vitamin C. Ensuring that you have enough vitamin C intake will also improve your body’s ability to absorb iron properly.

1 cup Raspberries
3/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Hemp seeds
1 Stevia
2 tbsp High alpha whey protein

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Y

ou may need to stir the ingredients a few times for a more consistent texture. Portion equally into 2 bowls.
