Robin's Vegan Chickpea Stew

This recipe is simple and easy, and although it only requires a few ingredients, it tastes like you used a whole lot more. Have your family believing you spent all day in the kitchen with this hearty dish, perfect for any night of the week.

1 can Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
2 cups Fresh or canned tomatoes
2/3 cup Potatoes (diced)
1 cup Onion (sliced)
Veggies of choice (diced)
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 tbsp Garlic or garlic powder
1 tbsp Turmeric

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
