1 3/4 cups Cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup Roasted red peppers
1/3 cup Tahini
3 Large cloves garlic (smashed and peeled)
3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
pinch Ground red pepper

Combine the chickpeas, red peppers, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, oil, cumin, salt, black pepper and ground red pepper in a food processor.

Process until smooth and creamy.

Season with additional salt and black pepper if desired.
