The Regimen Super Seed Bowl

1/2 cup Hot water
1 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 1/2 tbsp Hemp seeds
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
5 Drops stevia (or to taste)
Sea salt
1/2 cup Blueberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries

Bring water to a boil and stir in the chia seeds and hemp seeds.

Sweeten with coconut oil and almond butter. Top with berries and stevia for added sweetness.
