Whole Wheat Flatbread Pizza

This delicious pizza is the winner of Dr. Oz’s Healthy Top Chef challenge!

1 whole wheat flatbread
Arugula or mesclun mix
Goat cheese
Dried Cranberries
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil

Place flatbread in microwave and heat on high for 30 seconds. In a bowl, toss together all other ingredients. Remove flatbread from microwave and top with salad mixture. Cut into slices and enjoy!
