Inspired by actress Tamar Braxton, this recipe is designed to help eliminate a build-up of salt and water in the body and reduce swelling. By using ingredients that contain potassium and magnesium, this smoothie helps balance the fluids in the body. 

1 cup spinach
1 cup honeydew
1 banana

1. Using your choice of a base, blend the ingredients together, adding dates for sweetness, and enjoy!
