1 fennel bulb
1/2 Granny Smith green apple
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Thinly slice fennel. Add to large bowl.


Peel and thinly slice green apple. Add to large bowl.


Squeeze fresh lemon juice in bowl. Drizzle with olive oil.


Add salt and pepper to season. Lightly toss everything in large bowl. Serve in individual bowls. Enjoy!
