Sautéed Onions

2 medium onions, sliced
1 tbsp canola oil
1 spring onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Chives, chopped (garnish)
Sauté 2 sliced medium onions in a tablespoon of canola oil under medium heat. Add spring onion and garlic clove.

\r\n\r\nSauté till tender. Do not burn. Add salt and pepper to your liking and top with chopped chives.

\r\n\r\nServe with whole wheat rice of your choice. Enjoy!
