Post Grape-Nuts Spoonable Raspberry Freeze

This fat-free fruit smoothie is made with raspberries, which are not only an excellent source of fiber but are also rich in vitamin C. Make it ahead of time and store in refrigerator for up to 1 hour.

6 oz raspberry non-fat yogurt
1/3 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/3 cup fat-free milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup Post Grape-Nuts Cereal
Place yogurt, raspberries, milk and vanilla in blender; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into four glasses. Top each serving with 2 tbsp of the cereal. Serve immediately.
