1. Grate 1 tablespoon peel and squeeze 1 tablespoon juice from lime; set aside.
2. Melt I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Deliciously Simple in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 3 minutes. Turn shrimp; add pineapple and lime juices. Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 2 minutes. Remove shrimp to serving platter and set aside.
3. Cook liquid in skillet over medium-high heat until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in lime peel and drizzle over shrimp.
