Peaches and Cream Protein Shake

The cottage cheese in this shake provides a great dose of protein, so you can stay fuller longer when you whip up this delicious recipe.

½ cup frozen or fresh peaches
2 cups baby spinach
5 oz 0% cottage cheese
1 tsp flax seed/flax meal

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
