Pasta With No-Cook Tomato Sauce

2 pints red and yellow cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup basil leaves, choppe
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
8 oz dry spaghetti
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Place the tomatoes, garlic, basil, parsley, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a food processor and pulse until blended into a sauce-like consistency.


2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.


3. Toss the pasta with the sauce. Add some of the reserved pasta water as needed to coat the pasta. 


4. Top with Parmesan cheese.
