1 8-inch whole-wheat flour tortilla
1/4 cup black beans, mashed
2 tbsp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded zucchini or frozen corn (thawed)
2 tbsp fresh salsa

Place a tortilla on a microwave proof plate. Top with beans, cheese and zucchini. Microwave until just melted, about 30-40 seconds. Fold in half or roll up, top with salsa and serve.
