Ming Tsai's Watercress Salad

Chef Ming Tsai’s quick and easy salad recipe features an underrated and super-nutritious veggie – watercress! While kale is a trendy salad addition, it doesn't always work well in a mixed salad because you have to sauté it or pour more dressing on to make it soft. Watercress plays well with other ingredients because of its complementary pepper-like flavor. Plus, watercress has one-quarter of the calories of kale!
