2 cups spinach leaves
1/4 cup egg whites (about 2 large eggs worth)
2 tbsp shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp whole-wheat flour
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup canned crushed tomatoes
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning (for topping)
1/4 tsp onion powder (for topping)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (for topping)
3 tbsp shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (for topping)

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place crust ingredients in a food processor. Puree until uniform.

3. Pour onto the center of the baking sheet. Using a spatula, shape into a circle, about 1/4 inch thick and 6 inches in diameter.

4. Bake until top has browned and edges are slightly crispy, about 20 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, make the topping. In a medium bowl, stir seasonings into crushed tomatoes.

6. Spread seasoned tomatoes over the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with mozzarella.

7. Bake until cheese has melted and crust is mostly crispy, 8 to 10 minutes.
