Guilt-Free Chocolate Mousse

This recipe uses cauliflower as a main ingredient for chocolate mousse. While this may sound strange, cauliflower is actually a great additive that makes the mousse extra creamy. Plus, it tastes so delicious you wouldn't even know a veggie was in it! Try out this recipe and feel good about your dessert choices. 

4 cups cooked cauliflower
1/4 cup unrefined virgin coconut oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp espresso, or 1/2 tsp espresso powder
pinch of salt

1. Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. 


2. Serve with cocoa powder lightly sprinkled on top and enjoy!
