8 oz fresh firm pumpkin, sliced
4 oz fresh frisée salad
3 oz fresh radishes, finely sliced
1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (optional)
handful of coriander, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

1. Preheat grill or oven to 350°F. Coat pumpkin with some oil, arrange on parchment paper, and place in oven.


2. After about 10 minutes reduce oven heat to about 275°F and cook for another 10 minutes. If grilling, grill both sides for 2 minutes on each side then lower heat and cover for 10-15 minutes.


3. In a medium or large bowl add the remaining ingredients and adjust seasonings to finish the frisée salad. 


4. To serve, arrange pumpkin on plate with some salad on the side.
