Dolvett Quince's Fruity Breakfast Salad

Try this recipe from Biggest Loser trainer Dolvett Quince's new 21-day plan to lose two dress sizes, featured in his book The 3-1-2-1 Diet: Eat and Cheat Your Way to Weight Loss.

1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened fresh or frozen strawberries
1 medium orange, chopped
1 kiwi, chopped
1 tbsp kiwi, chopped

Mix together all of the ingredients in a cereal bowl. Enjoy!
