3 eggs 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder 1 banana Cinnamon, to taste
1. Combine the eggs, cocoa and half of the banana in a food processor and blend for a few seconds to mix the ingredients. Add a dash of cinnamon to taste.
2. Pour mixture into a gently heated pan and keep on low heat. Cut up the other half of the banana into slices and spread on top of the mixture in the pan. Cover with a lid and let sit for 3 minutes, then turn over, let sit for another minute and serve when ready.
