Coconut Matcha Shake

Coconut is a belly blasting food and one that is good to use on the 10-Day Belly Slimdown because it's a healthy fat that helps your body get slim and trim.

1 cup water, unsweetened carrageen-free almond milk, or unsweetened coconut milk (not canned)
1 tsp matcha powder
1 scoop vanilla beef protein
2 handfuls of leafy greens
1/2 can full-fat coconut milk
ice, optional
monk fruit sweetener or stevia, optional

1. Pour the liquids into a blender, then add all the other ingredients.


2. Blend until smooth and serve.
