Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

Yes, a healthy chocolate smoothie is possible. This recipe has both avocado and Greek yogurt, a fat/protein combination that will hold you over until next week. This is an ideal liquid snack to satisfy those chocolate cravings and keep yourself going.

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 avocado
4 oz 2% plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 squirt honey
1/4 cup oats

1. Take all the ingredients and put them in a blender. Blend until well mixed.
