Bob Harper's Egg White Protein Shake

1 cup almond milk
1/2 banana
1 scoop egg white protein powder
1 cup baby spinach
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup ice

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, liquids and ice first, and blend well.
